Deliverables

• A team should comprise of 2 members only

• Each team needs to make a print-ad of any one of the following confectionaries
  a.    Ferrero Rocher Milk-Shake
  b.    Oreo Milk-Shake
  c.    Chocolate Avalanche
  d.    Sizzling Brownie
  e.    Waffles

The pics of all these 5 confectionaries are attached with this mail, if any team wants to use the pic for their poster.

• Participants are allowed to use any platforms like Photoshop, Coreldraw, PowerPoint, Online tools etc 

• The poster should be 64 inches by 48 inches at 100dpi and in jpeg format. Entries using unauthorized contents from other publications will be disqualified

• The teams might choose to give a suitable tagline for their ad.

Prizes : Prizes worth 12000 INR to be won


UPDATED Rules & Regulations:

 

1. A team should consist of 2 members from the same institute, though they can be from different programs within the institute.

2. The event is open to both first year and second year students.

3. A student cannot be a member of more than one team for this event.

4. There is no restriction on the number of teams from a particular institute.

5. Send the Entries from 6th Nov, 2013.

6. Deadline for sending the entries extended from 12th Nov, 2013 11:59 PM to 14th Nov, 2013 11:59 PM.

7. Deadline for liking & sharing ends 20th Nov, 2013 11:59 PM.

8. The final score will be a combination of judges' score (60% weightage) and the no. of 'Likes' and 'Shares' (20% weightage each) on the entry posted directly by you on "The Chocolate Room's" FB page .

9. Post the Entry on "The Chocolate Room's" FB page 
      in the following format:
       For example: Subject : Navikaran_Admataaz
                                                    Team Name :ABC
                                                    College : XYZ

10. Results will be declared on 25th Nov'2013.
